Technician should have knowledge and experience working with premium brand of vehicles, Usage of Oxyaccetaline welding, Mig welding, Washer welding, Spot welding, Aluminium body panel welding, Arc welding, Chasis alligner (Cillete bench) usage.


>AUTO PAINTERS

6-13Years exp.

Technician should have the knowledge and experience with premium brand of vehicles. Skills required to work on Solvent and Water based painting process. Knoweldge of complete painting process.


>FABRICATORS

6-13Years exp.

The main purpose of the job is to execute various fabrication work as per the requirement of corporate fleet, Rent a car, Ministry, MOD, ROP etc. In addition to that build and promote Fabrication of Truck, Tipper, Freezer truck & commercial vehicle Body Building. 

Responsible for understanding Drawing instruction.

Able to assemble MS steel Structure and Parts assemble. Able to do MIG, Arc, TIG welding with CO2 and ACM shielding gas.

Must have knowledge of welding distortion and able to handle it. Must have Gas Cutting Skills.

Aluminum & SS welding will have added advantage for position. Able to work with Heavy Thickness Steel Material.

Able to read measuring Instruments like -Measuring Tape, Vernier-caliper, Micrometer. Having 5S knowledge for floor Management.

To meet the quality requirement of customer.


>AUTO MECHANICS AUTO ELECTRICIANS

6-14Years exp.

1. Understand repair order from Service Engineer. 

2. Inspect vehicle as per repair order inventory details.

3. Understand complaint; Clarify doubts with

5. Understand warranty policy & norms.

6. Handover quotation to SE for customer approval.


>WINDOW FILM + PP TECHNICIANS

5Years exp.

The main purpose of the job is the application of car/ Architecture window films and paint protection film. Support for Value added service of B shop and accessories fitment. Plan achievement of assigned monthly targets for film application. To advise appropriately on window film / PPF & VAS products to suit to customer and his vehicles
